Effective December 15, 2022, all Manheim channels* that facilitate a High Dollar transaction will now adhere to this addendum. Vehicles sold with a sale price of $75,000 or higher will have a per item dollar amount qualification threshold of 2% of the purchase to qualify for items outlined in the latest version of the NAAA Arbitration Policy.
