To expedite the validation and estimate process, Manheim has partnered with approved national inspection companies to assist with validating claims. Your claim may be assigned to one of these partners to complete a vehicle inspection and claim validation.

Estimate Pricing
In alignment with NAAA Arbitration Policy, arbitration estimates will be determined by the Auction and will reflect local auction/wholesale cost to repair.
For mechanical related estimates, Arbitration and Assurance Claims will use a Labor Rate of $95.00 per labor hour. Due to unique market conditions, California locations will use a rate of $115.00 per labor hour.
For paint and body related estimates, Arbitration and Assurance Claims will use a Labor Rate of $75.00 per labor hour. Due to unique market conditions, California locations will use a rate of $95.00 per labor hour.
