This sale is only open to FL residents with a valid driver's license and social security number.
A $500 deposit by cashiers check or money order is required.
All units are "As Is" and all sales are final and can not be arbitrated. The buyer is responsible for all fees and taxes.
Payment for purchased units must be made on sale day by cashiers check or money order. Deposits will go against the purchase or be refunded at the end of the day.
