Nick Peluso is President of Manheim Digital Marketplace. Peluso’s bold vision is defining the strategy for Manheim’s Digital Marketplace, a 24/7 omni-channel destination for buyers and sellers delivering unmatched value and solutions. In his role, Peluso enables the digital portfolio of brands including, Manheim Express, Simulcast, OVE and RMS Automotive’s global business to lead the market through artificial intelligence, technology and industry perspectives. His vision is enabling clients to conduct business effortlessly, while using the strength of Manheim and other Cox Automotive brands to enhance profitability.

Under his leadership, the Manheim Marketplace achieved record growth across its U.S. digital channels in 2018—surpassing two million digital transactions for the first time—affirming client demand for digital buying and selling options.

A respected thought leader, Peluso is an industry veteran with over 30 years of experience, sought out regularly to speak at key events such as NRC/NAAA, CAR, NADA, and IARA.  He has served as Manheim’s Digital Marketplace president since 2014 where he leads an executive team focused on accelerating portfolio management for clients through intelligent remarketing solutions and advanced data analytics. Through his leadership, Peluso fosters a strong collaborative culture, which he believes is fundamental to continued growth, engagement and expansion.

Peluso joined Cox Automotive in 2000 and soon became senior vice president of customer management for Manheim with responsibility for Commercial & Dealer Sales, Marketing and Manheim Consulting before being named the president of RMS Automotive in 2014. Before Cox Automotive, Peluso spent 12 years in leadership positions with ADT Automotive, Inc., including vice president of sales and marketing.

Peluso received the 2019 Bobit Industry Icon Award from the National Auto Auction Association (NAAA) and the International Automotive Remarketers Association (IARA) in recognition of his bold vision, technological innovation and dynamic leadership. Peluso gives back to his community by participating in the Kyle Petty Charity Ride Across America (KPCRAA) to raise funds and awareness for Victory Junction and other charities supporting chronically ill children. He also participates in the Annual Las Vegas Governor’s Black-Tie Event that raises funds to support various nonprofit organizations aiding children and families in need throughout Las Vegas.

He and his wife Jessie reside in Las Vegas, enjoying their new role as grandparents. In his free time, he enjoys cycling and a good game of golf.
