Senior Vice President, Client Experience
Doug Keim is senior vice president of Client Experience for Manheim, a Cox Automotive company. He is responsible for driving Manheim’s efforts to reimagine and revolutionize customer service and position the company for future growth. Keim develops and executes initiatives designed to improve dealer and commercial client satisfaction and profitability. In this critical role, he reports to the president of Manheim North America.
His focus is on delivering against one of Manheim’s key business strategies -- to provide the best customer experience by making it easier for clients to do business. He is accelerating company efforts to invest in ways to deliver innovative solutions, greater levels of efficiency and partner with clients for success.
In this position, Keim leverages his strong background in organizational leadership, global product development, marketing, insights and innovation. He previously served as Cox Automotive’s vice president of Strategic Growth for the Media Group and was responsible for the management and growth of Trade-In Marketplace and Haystak Digital Marketing. Before that, Keim held numerous executive management and leadership positions with CHEP International, a global supply chain and logistics management company; Smurfit-Stone Container Corporation, a global recycling and packaging solutions company; and Georgia-Pacific, a consumer and forest products company.
Keim received his Master of Arts in Counseling from Colorado Christian University and Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Science from Messiah College. He also completed several executive education programs, most notably from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and the European Centre for Executive Development.
