Are these sales open to the public?

Yes, public auctions are open to both the public and dealers. Admittance of the public is subject to the terms and conditions as stated in the policies for each location.

Who may attend public sales?

Any member of the public who is a licensed driver and at least 18 years of age is eligible to attend one of our auctions. However, locations have different policies regarding registration to inspect and bid on vehicles. Be sure to review the policies for the location to plan to attend in advance.

Can I test drive a vehicle before bidding?

You cannot test drive a vehicle at anytime.

How do I register for an auction?

You must register at the sponsoring auction facility on the day of auction to obtain a bidder’s number. Please review the policies for the location you plan to attend to ensure that you have all the necessary registration information.

When may I preview the vehicles for sale?

Some locations offer previews of their units. Please refer to the sale information for each location regarding preview times.

How long do I have to pay for a vehicle?

Please review the policies for each location to determine the deposit and completed payment policies.

Do I need insurance to purchase a vehicle?

Proof of current insurance is required.

How do I pay for a vehicle?

Please review the policies for each location to determine the payment methods.

Can I return a vehicle after purchase?

All sales are sold “as is, where is.” All sales are final.
