Effective December 15, 2022, vehicles offered for sale that contain the following title brand(s) should be sold and announced with a Limited As-Is (Red Light) condition. This condition is in addition to the actual announcement of the appropriate title brand(s).
These vehicles are ineligible for any PSI or Limited Powertrain Inspections.
If a transaction occurs where a branded vehicle was sold without these conditions or announcements is subject to arbitration and the sale will be unwound back to the seller.
